St Agnes College Hosts Seminar on Skin Health Awareness for Teenagers

Seminar Aims to Educate on Skin Care and Common Dermatological Conditions

Mangaluru, Jan 23: St Agnes College organized a seminar on “Skin Health Awareness among Teenagers” on January 18. The event was led by the Department of Microbiology in partnership with the Youth Red Cross Unit. Its goal was to educate teenagers about the importance of skin health and how to manage common skin conditions.

Dr. Malcolm Pinto, MD, a dermatologist and professor at Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), was the keynote speaker. He also works as a consultant at Yenepoya Specialty Hospital. Specializing in skin, hair, nails, and sexually transmitted diseases, Dr. Pinto delivered an insightful and engaging session to the attendees.
